Tortik Annushka - Molecule Workshop

Time: 9:45 for 10:00 – 18:00, including lunch break

Skill level: beginner – intermediate (the Tortik Annushka team as well as the Rise Bakehouse team will be there to help you in every step!)

In this intensive 2-day Molecule Workshop, you will learn/make:

·  Tortik Annushka’s famous ganache recipe

·  Tortik Annushka’s chocolate cream filling for cakes

·  How to layer & assemble a square cake

·  How to perfectly cover a square cake in ganache

·  Tempering chocolate

·  Chocolate spheres

·  Assembling chocolate molecule decoration on the cake

·  Velour texture

·  How to assemble and stack a multi-tier cake (theory)

All students will be working with real cake.

All materials will be supplied and you will be taking your finished cake home with you to enjoy as well as a booklet with everything you have learnt. We do recommend bringing a pen and notebook. This workshop will be taught by Madina Yavorskaya (founder of Tortik Annushka) along with a pastry chef of Tortik Annushka.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. 

Please note: This workshop is non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend you are able to gift your spot to a friend. Rise Bakehouse reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop after which a refund can be requested should all parties agree.

Bookings are virtual and you will receive a confirmation email – you will need to bring this with you upon arrival on the day of the workshop.

Social distancing and COVID-hygiene protocols will be observed, implemented and maintained throughout the workshop. All attendants are required to wear a face mask (covering the mouth and nose) for the duration of the workshop to ensure everyone's safety.
