Buttercream Piping Techniques Workshop

Skill level: beginner – intermediate (our team will be there to help you in every step!)

In this fun Buttercream Piping Techniques Workshop, you will learn:

·  The basics of cake textures & cake decorating

·  The basics of buttercream and how to apply it on cakes

·  How to fill, stack and cover a 4" 2 layered vanilla cakelette with buttercream

·  How to achieve smooth sides and sharp edges on cakes

·  How to use food colouring  the right way

·  Different piping techniques with buttercream

·  Where to look at for inspirations to apply onto cakes

All students will be decorating two cakelettes (the chocolate cake will be pre-filled, stacked and covered ready to decorate). You will also be provided with a booklet containing everyhting you learnt in the workshop. 

All materials will be supplied and you will be taking your finished cakelettes home with you to enjoy.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the workshop.

Please note: This workshop is non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend you are able to gift your spot to a friend. Rise Bakehouse reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop after which a refund can be requested should all parties agree.

Bookings are virtual and you will receive a confirmation email – you will need to bring this with you upon arrival on the day of the workshop.

Social distancing and COVID-hygiene protocols will be observed, implemented and maintained throughout the workshop. All attendants are required to wear a face mask (covering the mouth and nose) for the duration of the workshop to ensure everyone's safety.
